Where and how can I pay?
Twint, credit card and PayPal are available as payment methods. Payment is made directly to Gecko Supply GmbH during the ordering process.

How much are the shipping costs
All orders include free shipping at no cost for you !
Where does Gecko deliver the bouldering and climbing products
Gecko Supply GmbH delivers within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
How do I return a product?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases at GECKO and therefore offer you a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it to us. All returned products must be in new and unused condition, with tags attached and in original, undamaged packaging.
For returns please use the return slip at the bottom of the packing slip or email geckos@geckosupply.com .
You will be responsible for the cost of returning any product (unless the product is faulty). We recommend that you use an appropriate insured service and obtain proof of postage to cover you against loss or damage in transit.
Exchange of products
For an exchange, please return the unused product to us and place a new order. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. We will endeavour to return your refund (less shipping costs) to your original payment card as quickly as possible.
Warranty and Return
If you believe your product has a fault that is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please contact geckos@geckosupply.com with your order details and a description of the defect. Please also include photos of the problem if possible. We will then advise you on how to proceed.
